1. Key mold production

2. Silicone rubber formula
The raw material formula of the silicon rubber key sheet that needs screen printing must strictly control the content of release agent, not only consider the release convenience but ignore the screen printing binding force. Release agent content is too high, printing after drying, gently wipe off. Demoulding agent is too high, transparent or white key pieces by printing drying will cause yellow phenomenon, seriously affect the appearance of the product quality.
3. Drying temperature
Post-press drying temperature is too high, often make light color and white key pieces yellow phenomenon, too low temperature will cause poor binding force. Therefore, strict control of temperature is one of the keys to ensure the binding force of printing. Drying products must be cooled before they can be loaded into the turnover box, otherwise light or white products will be yellow and affect the appearance.
