1. Regularly check the insulation effect of each circuit and always pay attention to the warning content on the machine warning signs.
2. When the moving parts and mixing room are blocked, do not insert your hands or iron rods into them. Instead, use plastic rods to handle them carefully.
3. When in contact with high-temperature areas, be careful not to get burned.
4. When there is powder leakage or a screaming sound from the sealing ring, first loosen the four screw caps evenly and then screw in some more. Then add some material oil or engine oil to the gap of the rotor in the mixing chamber, and idle for 3-5 minutes. At the same time, gently tap the sealing ring cover around the spring edge with a hammer a few times. If there is still powder leakage, adjust the tightness of individual springs. If the sealing ring cover is very close to the side plate water tank of the mixing chamber, it indicates that the sealing ring inside has worn out and needs to be replaced. The method for replacing the sealing ring is shown in the manual.
5. Special attention: Before starting the machine every day, check the oil level and lubrication status of each gear oil, engine oil, and butter. Pay close attention every day to ensure that the oil level in the triplet oil cup is not less than half, and regularly observe the changes in the triplet oil level. It is abnormal to not consume oil or consume oil too quickly (adjust the knob of the triplet). The gear oil of the new machine should be replaced no later than six months, and lubricating oil should be added to the moving parts at least once a week. When adding oil, it should not exceed half of the oil mirror, otherwise oil leakage may occur.
6. When the machine malfunctions, stop the machine immediately and unrelated personnel are not allowed to take any action without authorization. Notify and wait for your company's maintenance personnel to inspect and repair.
