1. Resin structure affects the ethanol resistance of the coating, and hydroxyl acrylate is more resistant to ethanol than hydroxyl polyester; At the same time, the resin with high hydroxyl value and glass transition temperature has higher ethanol resistance.
2. The solid particle filler with small particle size can effectively fill the internal void of the coating, which is manifested as improved ethanol resistance. With the increase of solid particle size, the ethanol resistance of the coating decreases rapidly.
3. Compared with the existing PU wear-resistant coating, the ethanol resistance of the improved PU coating is improved, which is better in ethanol resistance and RCA performance, meeting customer requirements.
