Screen printing process has high requirements for the pattern, so it will appear in some silicone buttons and silicone protective sleeves and other processes. The ink of the product is more important for the screen printing process, and the quality of the ink will improve the quality of the pattern. While some products have faded after long-term use, there are mainly several reasons leading to the fading phenomenon of the product:
1. The baking temperature of silica gel products after screen printing is too low and the time is short, which leads to poor wear resistance of silica gel products characters printed out by screen printing, and the characters begin to become blurred after several times of use;
2, screen printing ink quality is too poor, affect the surface of silicone products;
3. The surface of silica gel products is too dirty, which prevents the adsorption of silkscreen ink and silica gel, causing the character to be wiped away.
