Silicone buttons can easily absorb dust without spraying, so after the molding process, we will spray a thin layer of ink on the surface of the silicone button, which can prevent dust and has a good hand feel. After spraying, it can enhance the feel and appearance of the product, making it feel smoother and look more three-dimensional. There are usually three spraying methods, each of which is different. We can choose the corresponding spraying method based on the customer's demand for the product effect.
Spray oil:
Spray paint is a visible layer of ink sprayed onto the surface of silicone buttons, and the color can be adjusted according to the customer's needs for the product.
Spray extinction:
Matte ink is a type of matte feel ink with characteristics similar to PU ink. Spraying matte ink will make the surface of silicone buttons appear matte, and it can also spray a frosted effect, making the feel smoother!
Spray PU:
PU refers to a type of ink that has strong adhesion, wear resistance, good transparency, and other characteristics. Silicone buttons sprayed with PU also have a very good hand feel and wear resistance, making it a commonly used spraying method for silicone buttons.
The above three types are commonly known as "spray silicone buttons", which are commonly referred to as spray painting or spray painting.
