Custom silicone rubber O rings manufactured to AS568 standard or customer drawings, with 70 Shore A hardness as the standard compound. Silicone rubber offers excellent heat and cold resistance, low compression set and stable sealing performance in a wide temperature range.

Silicone raw materials are selected from qualified suppliers and each incoming batch is tested and recorded before use. Incoming material inspection, in-process dimension checks and 100% final visual inspection are performed before packing, and test reports are kept for full traceability. Stable heat aging resistance and low compression set ensure long service life.

O rings are packed in PE bags (100 pcs per bag as standard), then in inner boxes and export-grade corrugated cartons. Pallets, wooden cases and customer-branded packaging are available on request to protect the rings during long-distance sea or air shipment.
