Product Description:
These round EPDM anti vibration pads are plain cylindrical feet with no stud, screw or insert, so they simply sit under a machine frame, cabinet or compressor base and are held in place by the weight of the equipment plus the high friction ribbed base. Nothing has to be drilled into the floor or the frame, which makes them the fastest way to isolate vibration on rented premises or movable equipment.
Each pad is compression moulded from 60 Shore A EPDM compound, cured in a temperature controlled oven and trimmed by CNC. The grooved top and bottom faces grip steel, concrete, tile and epoxy floors, and the closed cell surface resists water, dust and most dilute chemicals.

Q: Do these pads come with a screw or threaded insert?
A: No. This is the plain cylindrical version without any stud, screw or metal insert, so it is placed under the equipment and held by weight and friction. We also mould studded and adhesive backed versions, ask us if you need a fixed design.
Q: What is the minimum order quantity?
A: 500 pieces for standard sizes, and 3,000 pieces for custom dimensions or custom compound.
Q: What is the lead time?
A: 3 working days for stock sizes and 12 to 18 working days for new production, including sampling and packing.
Q: Can you supply these in silicone or NBR compound?
A: Yes. Silicone rubber rated from -60 C to 200 C, and NBR for oil contact, are both available in the same plain cylindrical shape.
Q: How do I choose the right hardness for my machine?
A: Send us the machine weight, footprint and running speed. Heavy static loads normally use 70 Shore A, while fans and pumps with high frequency vibration work better at 50 to 60 Shore A.
Q: Which payment terms do you accept?
